New Stations

  • Harvard St @ Greene-Rose Heritage Park

  • Rogers St & Land Blvd

Places to Ride

  • Paul Dudley Bike Path: grab a bike from the new Rogers St & Land Blvd station and go for a ride along this protected bike lane.
  • Lechmere Canal Park: a tranquil, landscaped park with a focal fountain & tree-shaded areas for relaxing. Minutes away from the docking station at Rogers St & Land Blvd.
  • Green-Rose Heritage Park: this neighborhood park includes a children’s playground, water play area, open field, benches, landscaping and trees, and public art installations commissioned by the Cambridge Arts Council.
  • MIT Museum: highlights of MIT's science and technology exhibits include kinetic sculptures, robots, and holograms.

Places to Ride

  • Fresh Pond Reservation: Fresh Pond Reservation consists of 162 acres of open space surrounding and protecting the 155 acre Fresh Pond Reservoir. Take a walk through green space including forest and wetlands.

  • Fresh Pond Bike Path: take a ride around the 2+ mile path that surrounds the Fresh Pond Reservoir.

  • Mount Auburn Cemetery: a tranquil cemetery and arboretum founded in 1831, with many nature paths, ponds and an observation tower. Please note: there are no bikes allowed in this historic monument, but the brand-new docking station is less than a 5 minutes walk from the entrance.
